Upscale finishes include quality flooring & ceiling materials, glass curtain wall elevations combined with pre-cast paneling and stainless steel cladding works. Roofing is a combination of a HESCO panels and a large skylight supported on a special structural steel grid. The total build-up area is approximately 333,000 m2.Role and Responsibility:- Conduct topographic and boundary relocation survey, establishing main control points and benchmarks- Execute field survey layout of centerlines, elevations, offset points and reference lines of structure as per plan .- Coordinates with clients, consultants, field engineer concerning work standards, quality assurance and safety to ensure timely program of activities- Preparation survey reports and as built survey report to verify work performed by the construction team.- Survey inspections with the clients and subcontractors.- Fixing control points through traverse survey.- Interpreting data using maps, charts and plans. The King Abdullah Civic Center is a landmark waterfront development. Alsaad was working on the offshore elements which include dredging, reclamation, breakwater, retaining walls, and more.
