I was selected to build and manage company technology using MS Office, MS Access, SQL 2008/VS 2005/C#/SSRS/DNN, while providing enterprise evaluation, network, server configuration, and software development for operations database, performance reporting, data synchronization and warehousing, and financial management. I analyzed business needs and developed strategic business solutions to drive change throughout the organization, as well as providing support and management for company legacy systems.Key Achievements:* Spearheaded the design of LSAM Data Warehouse, which included the configuration of the entire database warehouse, server configuration, and performance tuning, resulting in $240K resource savings.* Led the automation of process to import data feeds from prime brokers daily, eliminating need for manual data entry.* Developed a comprehensive application that enabled fund accountants to reconcile daily positions, including refresh of data from brokers, identifying discrepancies, and providing drill down capability for accountants and tickers. Project reduced operations management time to obtain necessary client reports. * Created a performance- reporting interface to enable LSAM to rely on broker data and customized reporting.* Established a new open-source Dot Net web platform in effort to create reconciliation and reporting capabilities.
