  ● Mohan Meakin is a large group of companies which started with Asia's first brewery incorporated in 1855.• I Observed and documented the entire brewing process from start to finish, including raw material handling, brewing, fermentation, and packaging.● Assisted the brewing team in monitoring fermentation temperatures and ensure equipment cleanliness, addressing real-time challenges that required quick and effective problem-solving.● Participated in safety training and followed safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for everyone.● My key learnings were:-- Performed schematic design using engineering principles and advanced math concepts.- Collaborated with internal teams to complete design, production, research, process flows and documentation.- Interpreted instructions and applied engineering principles on assignments, complex features, and possible solutions.- Prepared and delivered presentation to highlight project details at conclusion of internship.
