I established a metrics tracking system in Salesforce which included recruiting, cancellation, and forecasting data for KW Commercial, which served as a basis and rolled out to other divisions. I also developed, established and executed on-road training driving tech tool penetration (overall 40%), recruiting, and greater retention. I empowered the Director with new data sets that was previously not tracked which led to addition of new agent tools and systems. I was in charge of developing the multi-SaaS platform training program for the KW Commercial team. We also developed and executed local Boot Camp training which effectively reduced cancellations by 32% and increased recruiting 22%. I also created and executed efficiency methods for the corporate team – increased productivity over 60%. I also created all technical support resources and provided all solutions for the Commercial agents in US and Canada. During my time in the position, I also assisted across divisions in creating and managing their tracking and accountability methods and standards.
