I worked together with the Chalet Manager to organise the smooth running of the resort and to supervise staff. This included organising and overseeing the daily routine of the ski guides and maintenance staff, and dealing with any staff problems. As the primary member of staff in resort on call 24/7, I was expected to resolve all in-resort issues at any time of the day and at short notice, such as taking guests to the doctors, hospital or police station, and booking restaurants and ski lessons.       Deputy editor for the multichannel P&O Cruises account, delivering an award-winning print and digital content marketing programme, with editorial support on the Petplan and Royal Marsden accounts. I contributed creative ideas and solutions for all projects across the account from strategy to publication, including: a travel-focused, 84-page bi-annual publication for members (Moments); the P&O Cruises website; weekly and monthly ecomms; one-off brochures and content briefs; videos; social media strategies.I commissioned, wrote and subbed content for all projects across the account, including adapting content for specific platforms: SEO web content; email content; feature-length magazine content. Other responsibilities included client liaison over content solutions and deadlines, deputising for the editor when required, and regular visits to the P&O Cruises fleet in Southampton. I was involved with editorial cruise trips in order to meet and interview crew and passengers, and I assisted with on-board video and photo shoots as well as write travel and ship features.       Content Marketing Manager

      Jayride is a global airport transfer comparison and booking platform. Launched in 2012, the company listed on the ASX in January 2018.I was hired as Jayride's content marketing manager pre-IPO to develop and launch the company's content marketing strategy, working closely with all key stakeholders across the business and managing a small team.I developed the company's first tone of voice and brand guidelines, and was heavily involved in the optimisation plan for launching the B2C website, from URL structure right through to planning, developing and creating optimised landing page content. I launched the company blog, The Jayride Journal, in October 2017, quickly followed by an overhaul of the Jayride social media accounts, and launching eDMs. Key achievements:• Developing and implementing Jayride’s tone of voice and brand personality.• Launching the company's blog, The Jayride Journal, in October 2017: planning, writing and releasing regular content resulting in a 153.30% increase in page views and 175.86% increase in time on page in the first year through organic traffic. Monthly page views in Jan 2019 were 13,000+.• Working on an MVP to increase organic traffic to five key airport landing pages on Jayride.com: within five months we grew each of these airport landing pages by an average of 50% MoM organic traffic.• Strategising and developing content that has helped make organic traffic one of the company's most important channels (300%+ growth in organic traffic to Jayride.com between Feb 2018 - Feb 2019).
