      Marketing Intern

      - Selected among over 800 applicants to work for Fintech startup that is launching an investment app targeted at millennials - Was named a “Top Startup to Watch” in 2016 by Built in LABrand Positioning - Led the development of Divy’s first positioning research. Wrote initial problem/solution scenarios and crafted the four brand positioning options to test. - Created the market research survey that was fielded to 800 respondents, then analyzed the survey data and presented the results to senior management, while providing them with a recommended positioning to adopt. My recommendation was implemented by the brand.College Marketing - Researched campuses across the country, developed criteria for success, and recommended target list of colleges to focus on. - Developed initial draft of campus marketing launch plan including events, messaging, budgeting, grassroots and guerrilla marketing initiatives, and offers. Financial Literacy - Established a list of key terms associated with investing and crafted simplified definitions for each. - Compiled suggestions for in-app functions to promote financial literacy among users and made recommendations to the product team.
