  Had an excellent opportunity to understand the Social Impact of the Mohanpura Irrigation project on the lives of the people of Mohanpura under the tutelage of Mr Harsh Dikshit, IAS, District Magistrate, Rajgarh Madhya Pradesh. Collaborated with the Engineering team of Mohanpura Irrigation Project and interacted with villagers to understand the on-ground positive impact of the project on the lives and livelihood of the inhabitants of Mohanpura and adjoining areas.1. Collaborated with the Horticultural officer, Agricultural officer, and Chief Engineers from theirrigation project to understand the social impact of the Mohanpura irrigation project on the livesof the people of Rajgarh2. Interacted with people of 5 villages to conduct impact analysis on Education, health, cropproduction, entrepreneurial opportunities, crime rate, migration, and wealth generation capacity.3.   I gained rich experience in the Quick commerce industry dealing with the F&V category. Time is the most valuable resource, and I learnt how to use and manage it. I got firsthand experience developing a robust supply chain that can deliver Farm to fork value proposition within two days of harvest.1. Analysed Mumbai's fruits and vegetable category sales, indent, and demand.2. Analysed the floor space plan of all 37 stores and developed a new planogram for F&V, scalable across all 37 stores.3. Physically visited five stores to understand the working mechanism and picker’s persona to develop a better planogram to reduce TAT.4. Implemented the new planogram in a high-volume Powai store and in Andheri West, with the highest daily sales volume.5. Reduced the floor space load in the Powai store by 85% (16 crates in ambient store, 14 in chiller, 15 in average) and Andheri store by 58% (15 crates in ambient space and 14 crates in chiller space, average 14.5 crates) by reducing the floor crate space occupation.6. Reduced Damage and Quality rejections in the Powai store by 64% (Delta of Rs 7200 over eight days) and in the Andheri store by 52% (Delta of Rs 9312 over six days).7. Reduced refund quantity in Powai store by 9.1% (Delta of Rs 10257 over a period of eight days)and in the Andheri store by 7.4% (Delta of Rs 662 over a period of six days).8. Improved the Overall NPS of the F&V category in the Powai store by 5.55% (Total positive delta achieved 4.1) and Andheri store by 12.33% (Total positive delta achieved 8.3)9. Reduced detractor count of Powai store by 50.81% (Negative delta of 11.25 achieved)and Andheri store by 40.62% (Negative delta of 13 achieved)10. Identified the CCPs of First-Mile, Mid-Mile and last-mile operations of F&V supply chain and created nine Checklists for improving the quality at CCPs.11. Suggested a long-term and a short-term plan to improve the overall product quality in every supply chain node. Show less
