  Meeting Coordinator

  As a meeting coordinator, I had the awesome responsibility of scheduling calls between tutors and learners from different time zones. These calls were all about teaching specific tools related to the IT industry. My main role was to connect and coordinate with the tutors to make sure everything was crystal clear and address any issues that popped up during the sessions. I also took charge of recording the sessions and uploading them to a shared drive, so that the learners could access them later. It was super important for me to schedule smooth and uninterrupted sessions, managing the timings and making sure there were no hiccups or interruptions.
