      In this role, my main responsibility is to increase Lenovo's warranty and close to the box services that are sold by our VAR's. I focus specifically on warranty upgrades and extensions and make sure our resellers are aware of our services in order for them to be offered and sold to their customers. While assisting Lenovo's 2nd largest Direct Reseller Channel, I call out to the sales representatives at Insight to make them aware of Lenovo, promotions and products we offer. I also respond to emails and questions. I work closely with a team in order to grow Lenovo's and Insight's business in order to meet a quarterly quota. Talking and getting to know the reps at Insight helps me build rapport and increase sales. While working in the channel, I am able to assist around 200 Value Added Resellers to make sure they are equipped in order to sell Lenovo's products. I hold relationships with these VAR's and help them with any question, concern or opportunity they may have. Also, by enabling the Partner Programs, VAR's are incentivized to sell more Lenovo and recommend products to their customers.

      As a funeral director, my main roles and responsibilities involve planning a decedents funeral and coordinating the entire process from start to finish. Whether that means communicating with priests to coordinate a time and place for a funeral or give direction and guidance to families during a funeral, my job involves planning and coordinating this memorable event to leave a lasting memory. Besides crafting an agenda that is tailored to our customers interests and ensuring our speakers and sales teams are on the aligned, I'm also responsible for catering requests and working with our security team to ensure our customers visits are seamless from the moment they enter the door till the moment they leave. As an Events Manager, I had experience planning and organizing events for 30 people up to 1,000 people. These events ranged from large trade shows to my company's sales kickoff that were a single day event or multi-day event.
