In my final year I conducted an Honours research project with a specialization in Biomechanics entitled: Optimal coordination pattern for performing the power clean: A computer simulation approach.I also held a position as a Student Athletic Therapist working with the St.FX Men and Women's Cross Country Teams throughout my fourth year.

      Throughout my Master's degree I taught the lab components of three different undergraduate Kinesiology courses across five semesters: Tests and Measurements in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, and Human Integrative Physiology. This involved coordinating with four professors and other Teaching Assistants to integrate exercise concepts and related adaptations into course material covering human physiology and physiological testing in a manner that promoted student engagement. I was also responsible for lab set up and clean up, grading student presentations and assignments, and mentoring a junior Teaching Assistant in one semester. Show less
