  After becoming a team lead of a new team, Schneider Electric Hub Novi Sad began a transformation which involved creating new teams which will be working together with Schneider Electric colleagues from around the world on different software packages. Together with several members of my team I became a part of the Microgrid business where our team is working on development of Ecostruxure Microgrid Advisor (EMA v5). I coordinated the communication between management and main teams in Grenoble and my team members in Novi Sad, organized and supported the upskilling process for team members which involved learning the new domain (microgrids and green energy) as well as new tech stack and tools (Java, Spring, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure...). I also worked actively on recruiting new team members and helped with their onboarding process, helped drastically raise engagement index, and worked on improving processes not just on the team level but the business level as well.
