  During my tenure as a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow (MGNF) with the District Administration in Wokha, I spearheaded a transformative initiative sanctioned by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. Over the course of two years, I collaborated closely with the Deputy Commissioner of Wokha to fortify the local ecosystem for decentralized skill development governance.Central to my role were the responsibilities of identifying opportunities and devising strategies in collaboration with various stakeholders to elevate skill development initiatives within the district. I actively contributed to the advancement of economic development by conceptualizing and executing programs aligned with the overarching objective of nurturing a skilled and economically empowered community.My efforts extended to socio-economic development, particularly targeting the tribal community, where I placed a strong emphasis on skill development and entrepreneurship. Through seamless coordination with multiple institutions and line departments, including apex bodies of ministries, departments, and incubation centers across India, I ensured optimal convergence and synergy, thereby enhancing end-to-end delivery mechanisms.Driven by a steadfast commitment, my work was dedicated to equipping individuals with the necessary tools and knowledge to thrive in the dynamic economic landscape. By collaborating with various government organizations and stakeholders, I played an instrumental role in contributing to the socio-economic advancement of the region. Show less

My responsibilities include orchestrating comprehensive programs, establishing strategic partnerships, and implementing innovative initiatives aimed at uplifting and empowering marginalized populations. Through my leadership, I strive to foster an environment conducive to skill enhancement, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods, thereby contributing to the holistic advancement of the region.
