Responsibilities split between R&D and Technical Support for UGE Vertical Axis Wind Turbines. Tech Support duties require site visits around the world to maintain and repair turbine damage. It also provides an avenue to monitor the performance of an emerging energy technology system in a wide range of environmental conditions. This practical experience fuels engineering development in the design and testing of solutions to improve system resiliency. Our Wind Team has various responsibilities including: working with engineering and manufacturing counterparts in China to implement design changes, supporting the sales team to answer technical questions for prospective costumers, and providing customer support for installed turbines.
