      As the intern, I collaborated with medical staff at an overnight camp for diabetic children to support a safe and successful camper experience as it pertained to their nutritional intake. This included the organization of meal times and menus, calculation of carbohydrates and other macronutrients to support optimal nutritional intake, and preparation of specialized menus and meals for campers with food allergies, Celiac Disease, and other dietary considerations.
