  Project: Avenues Riyadh Client: Shomol ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-Monitor and perform quality activities at all stages of projects. Assure that contractors work is in compliance with PACE engineering requirements, standards, procedures, specifications, and Schedule QC of the project contract.-Perform Hold point, Witness and Surveillance inspection and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure compliance with PACE requirements and project specification. -Inspect material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with PACE requirements for proper handling, storage and protection at PACE facilities and construction site.-Monitor Contractors Quality System, records and quality personnel for compliance with requirements.-Review and evaluate Contractors quality document submittals.•Material and installations tests for compliance with PACE standards.•Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials and equipment and report to super visor detailed potential problems for early resolution.•Write inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Worksheets (WSs) and Equipment Deficiency Report (EDRs) as needed.•Co-ordinates with Construction group, Client’s representative and third party inspection agency to perform stage wise inspection in line with the approved Inspection and Test plan, Inspection checklist etc•Monitoring the implementation of receiving inspection, Identification and Traceability of all materials on the project.-Monitoring the use of proper calibration instruments at proper location for delivering inspection activities. عرض أقل
