Responsible to the Vice Chancellor for CESRTSA's day to day management which include the planning, development, coordination and supervision of all programs and research projects. Initiates policies, implements policy decisions, liaises with universities, funding agencies, industry partners to develop collaborative research projects, provides training, advice and guidance to researchers in preparation of research proposals, draw up budgets, initiates requests for procurement of equipment, employs and deploys project staff and responsible for staff discipline and staff welfare.
