  Led a shift of 75 technicians to provide serviceable Airbus Puma HC.Mk2 aircraft to meet operational and training tasks. Included management of flight servicing, fault diagnosis, first line and heavy rectification to a squadron of up to 12 aircraft. Major Achievements: 1. 4 months as sole Engineer Officer for Operation TORAL in Kabul, Afghanistan. Tour included rapid reaction and leadership to various high-pressure situations, such as rectification of damaged aircraft following in flight collision and replacement of 5 x engines in location due to engine damage (usually only undertaken at home base in the UK).   Working in RAF Headquarters, responsible for developing conceptual strategies for RAF Engineering and Logistics capability requirements in the medium to long term time frame. Additionally, the Air Support innovation lead to develop and cohere engineering and logistic solutions. Major Achievements: 1. Responsibility for the production of the Air Support Decarbonisation Strategy, as the only SME with limited oversight. This strategy will guide how RAF ground equipment will reach Net Zero by 2050, while maintaining or increasing capability.2. RAF HQ Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) lead, responsible for the implementation of strategy to modernise RAF’s advanced manufacturing capability.
