      Event Coordinator

I worked part-time with groups like Bristol Meyers Squibb on events around the country. These were educational seminars held in hotels and other venues. My job was to set up the meeting space and attend to the participants needs throughout the day. I worked with banquet staff, entertainment companies, party rentals, and transportation for the staff and participants. I enjoyed the camaraderie with the other event coordinators, the doctors and staff of our clients. It was an excellent education in hospitality. Show less
