The calls answered covered a myriad of differing subjects - often highly technical; these included, but were not limited to: explaining complex financial instruments and regulations; guiding clients through sensitive fiscal matters (bereavement, divorce, bankruptcy, etc.); managing and resolving complaints; acting as a front line defence against suspicious activity.Given the tasks at hand, the role required nearly 9 weeks of training, covering not only internal systems but also fundamental aspects of financial markets, regulations, and events.
