  •Data is gathered from contract team and collated in Excel worksheet. For correct data alignment in Central repository, SQL query is used to get further details from Database and to validate the Inventory post build activity.•Bulk upload of Inventory: For bulk Inventory data upload into Central Repository, Manual data uplift route is used.•Data is collated in Excel and automation/macros are applied to maintain the data in required template format before sending the request to the team.•Inventory Build via single entry interface for small volume of inventory: For ad-hoc (mostly in-life data) basis inventory build requests, single entry interface portal is used to upload data into Central Repository.•Reconciliation and analysis of raw data provided by the customer and upload the reconciled data into Central repository (BT internal tool). Basis the customer provided master data, details are validated and amended in different systems to get the Central repository details synced as per the business requirement. Automation/macros and SQL query are being used during the process.•Network Management Database configuration: Basis the in-life requests, inventory data configuration, manual commissioning of routers/switches, device polling status check/amendment are done on Network Management Data Base.•Ensuring Device Monitoring in BT Monitoring Systems: Regular reports are fetched from different monitoring systems and analysed to maintain the end-to-end data integrity.•Rules driven advanced Data Analytics and reporting: To analyse the overall contract specific data and provide graphical representation of the same.•Extensive use of ODV and SQL.
