  • Designed, engineered and served an enthusiastic client whose target was to create an initial market starter design of a power bank trailer system for a caravan that could charge itself on the move.• Developed the design by implementing a double-diamond framework and was also responsible for CAD modelling and rendering the final desired product.• Engineered a 1-ton, 3/2.5m dimensioned carrier capable of accommodating up to three innovative regenerative technologies and four Li-Fe Po4 onboard battery packs (each with 40,000 mAh capacity). These components provided a substantial 3 to 6 hours of power to the caravan and the towing vehicle.• Achieved a reduction in carrier weight by 15% and increased power output efficiency by 20% using advanced regenerative technologies and lightweight caravan body materials.• Developed a customisable component workflow for streamlining interaction between PDU (power delivery unit), 4 (12v/200w) monocrystalline solar panels and 1 Ridge blade (12v/1000W) horizontal axis wind turbine.• Functioned as a proactive team leader, assigning and executing tasks while implementing key elements of the Agile project management methodology.• Delivered an initial design proposal within 6 months and led the team to win the postgraduate poster award among 60 teams.
