  Head of Technical Services for the development and construction of London’s most prestigious building project to date. A 1,000 ft skyscraper including an adjoining 17 storey building adjacent to London Bridge station. Completed in September 2012 as Europe’s tallest structure. The role involved preparation of the building for operation and occupation. Implementing operation procedures procurement of specialist and maintenance contractors. Overseeing the operation and maintaining systems and equipment statutory compliance, Life Safety and engineering standards. Witnessed the commissioning of core systems for the building and liaising with architects, designers and construction teams to ensure the product was delivered on time to specification. Implemented and oversaw the addition of infrastructure improvements to enhance leasing potential and provide greater site resilience.   Currently employed as the Project Director for the mobilisation of a new construction for AL Rajhi bank in central Riyadh. Comprising a main Headquarter building, with an additional campus site for Data, Cash handling and Operations Centres. The sites are still under the final stages of construction and commissioning where the team are working closely with client, contractor and installing contractors to ensure that standards are met in readiness client occupation in the coming months. Preparation of tender documentation for both Hard & Soft services, including specialist service lines, Engagement with suppliers for the service delivery to the client including site visits, RFI responses and the final preparations of Contract Placement Reports for senior bank staff considerations. Actively engaged in interviews to build a robust team of dedicated managers across multiple service lines of both Soft & Hard services for the future delivery of services in the managing agent role on a 5-year contract. The plants utilise a combination of Absorption chillers and electrical chillers to maintain the load for banking centres and hotels. Duties involve liaison with client for repair and regular maintenance of the plant and associated auxiliaries. The preparation and implementation of a winter maintenance programme and ensuring efficiency of plant is maintained throughout the year. Supervising the on-site staff to ensure that specified KPI and SLA’s are met and exceeded. To act as lead engineer within the region to assist my colleagues in technical and procedural challenges. To undertake and implement CBM (condition based Maintenance) and VA (vibration Analysis) techniques across all sites, which involves frequent travel. Also, ensuring that budgets are monitored and met across all sites whilst continuing with a high level of service through mentoring and additional and continuous training of the staff to raise their skill level.
