Actively engaged in interviews to build a robust team of dedicated managers across multiple service lines of both Soft & Hard services for the future delivery of services in the managing agent role on a 5-year contract. The plants utilise a combination of Absorption chillers and electrical chillers to maintain the load for banking centres and hotels. Duties involve liaison with client for repair and regular maintenance of the plant and associated auxiliaries. The preparation and implementation of a winter maintenance programme and ensuring efficiency of plant is maintained throughout the year. Supervising the on-site staff to ensure that specified KPI and SLA’s are met and exceeded. To act as lead engineer within the region to assist my colleagues in technical and procedural challenges. To undertake and implement CBM (condition based Maintenance) and VA (vibration Analysis) techniques across all sites, which involves frequent travel.
