  As one of the designated engineer to maintain the Network Operations Center (NOC), I was responsible for: Working on Genband: Session Border Controller SBC-S3, Softswitch C3 & Media Gateway G9. Provisioning international carriers in Genband Session Border Controller and configuring the Routes, Calling plan, Codec profile, Realm for each carrier. Monitoring live traffic, maintenance, live traffic quality management through troubleshooting failed calls log with Cause Code exploration, CDR (Call Detail Record) analysis with ASR (Answer/Seizure Ratio), ACD (Average Call Duration), PDD (Post Dial Delay) Monitoring all Critical, Major, Minor, Warning alarms and take action according the problem severity Working as 1st level interface with carriers / ICX / ANS and providing technical support to carriers / ICX / ANS and fulfillment of SLA. Identifying the faults and timely escalation to concerned group/ department through SMS & voice call. Coordinating with carrier / ICX regarding any test session, change request, work order, maintenance schedule and also Trouble Ticket (TT) escalation. Generating Trouble Ticket (TT), escalating according to the escalation level and follow up by coordinating among the various departments. Preparing all types of network performance report & analysis Blocking, unblocking and resetting the trunk circuit. Monitoring MRTG ( Multi Router Traffic Grapher) for performance analysis of various routes and resolve any queries from carriers Planning & commissioning of new circuits based on capacity requirements Communicating with other teams for the smooth operation of the network Shift handover and proper information sharing process flow among the groups Show less As the Project Coordinator from the time of inception of Mos5 Tel Limited I was involved in the overall implementation of their International Gateway (IGW) Project. My responsibilities included:  Multi-dimensional engagement in all levels including coordination among different Local vendors (Miguns Technologies, Spectrum Engineering Consortium Ltd., Mega Power Engineering, Priceclub, BBS Cables, Electromart), international vendors (Genband, Cisco, Ascade, Tejas, NetApp, Symmetricom, Contrimex, Ortea), vendor selection, purchase order and proforma invoice preparation associated with the project. Coordination with bank regarding all types of local and foreign Letters of Credit (L/Cs) related issues. Coordination with Customs & Freight Forwarding Agents for clearing all the incoming telecommunication equipments in compliance with BTRC regulations. Negotiation with the IPLC vendors including Singtel, Telecom Italia Sparkle (TIS), Bharti Airtel, Netronex,1-Asia and Fiber @ Home. Negotiation with Nationwide Telecommunication Transmission Network (NTTN) service providers such as Fiber@Home and Summit Communications. Preparation and submission of all necessary BTRC Documents in due time and maintaining liaison with BTRC officials.  License response and project documentation preparation, Performing detailed Project Management duties for installation works of Mos5 Tel Power Room, Data Center, Fire Suppressions Systems, CCTV & Access Control Systems, Electrical and Data Cable Wiring. Advising the Managing Director and Marketing Director during their preparation for the Strategic Planning of the Board. Post-Sales Technical support, customer support, billing and other functions. Synchronizing with Egress Carriers for rates update frequently and maintain good margins according to market rates. Observing Carriers profile on daily basis to assure retention and increase business. Reporting to the CEO, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a daily and weekly basis. Identifying the opportunities for the new products, services & applications & enhancing the existing infrastructure for additional revenues.I have also successfully attended the following Carrier conferences:1.
