      Working closely with the Chief Academic Officer (CAO), oversaw, developed and implemented policies and procedures to ensure quality and consistency of faculty performance, delivery of learning objectives, student outcomes, and overall academic quality across online and hybrid course offerings, and between SNHU College of Online and Continuing Education (COCE) and the University College (UC).Oversaw strength of the faculty pool, teaching appointments, and course offerings. Evaluated, supervised, and provided mentoring, remedial assistance, or training to faculty where appropriate; ensured consistency of course design, and online and hybrid course delivery. Provided administrative, technical, and pedagogical support to faculty and staff. Developed, disseminated, and implemented hybrid expectations for COCE.Identified required improvements to online course design and delivery processes, and drove the implementation.Served as intermediary between students and faculty to resolve academic and other conflicts or issues when such issues were elevated.Completed academic course reviews for active course offerings, ensuring an alignment between faculty and SNHU’s expectations for pedagogy in course design and delivery.       Developed a predictive model to inform department chairs of enrollment projections in evening and online sections. Created and implemented an end of course survey for online classes that increased participation to 35%.Lead NHTI through the Community College System of New Hampshire Learning Management System request for proposals, selection, and implementation process.Created a new course schedule for online classes; increased successful online course completion by 13%.Assumed responsibility for the direction and management of the Division of Online and Continuing Education upon the departure of the Associate Vice President in May 2014.Oversee online, hybrid and evening course scheduling and enrollments.
