Duties included updating submissions by contributors and overall maintenance of the wiki. Served first as technical writer for, then Coordinator of, the System x Remote Technical Assistance Information Network (RETAIN) network of informational tips, hardware fixes and other system repair bulletins. Editing and managing the daily flow of Tips in the review system also required knowing how to work with the legacy DOS RETAIN network, a backbone of the IBM information framework.Updated and maintained more than 50 worldwide mail distribution lists for recipients of RETAIN Tips and class announcements for IBM server products.Edited, managed and published a monthly newsletter for the GLOSSE effort sent to service personnel worldwide. Maintained deadline schedules, editing of blog submissions, layout of the newsletter and electronic distribution of the finished product.Edited and proofread preliminary course descriptions written by course developers for System x, POWER and Storage products.
