  I joined CSH as a recent graduate and took on increasing responsibilities until I became Technical Director, a role in which I coordinated the implementation of all the systems and services created by the company. During my career, I also contributed to the company's pre-sales, marketing and communication activities. GIS and geomarketing project management, and coordination of the company's research and development activities. Among the most significant experiences in this period, also the realization of innovative projects for the time, including a "talking navigator" usable on mobile phones, and an e-mapping platform providing geographic web services (normalization and address georeferencing, route calculation, thematic analysis). Within the technical structure I participated with increasing responsibility in all activities related to the implementation of GIS and geomarketing projects: desktop and web application development, production and data processing services, geomarketing services, pre and post sales consultancy, training. Of particular importance in this period was the participation in the design and construction of a specific geographic database for geomarketing applications.

  As Program and Project Manager, I successfully led the end-to-end implementation of complex FSM and GIS solutions, to support mission-critical operations for clients in the transportation, energy, utilities and telecommunications industries. In addition to acting as PM, I also provided my functional and technical expertise, particularly during the design phases, to guide the correct definition of the scope and technical solution.
