  In my KRA, I had three primary objectives:-Increase availability.-Boost image coverage.-Reduce Restaurant-Driven Cancellations (RDCs).I was assigned 136 outlets for optimization and achieved the following results:-Availability improved from 55% to 75%.-Image coverage increased from 17% to 72%.-RDCs were reduced from 13% to under 4%.These improvements in availability, image coverage, and RDC metrics optimized the Swiggy sales funnel which resulted in increased orders on the outlets assigned to me.
