This involved creating a new Development and Access plan which defined the future strategy of the UKNIWM, including web, learning and volunteering programmes.Managed external consultants to carry out audience surveys, focus groups and develop a new Audience Development PlanDeveloped a programme of development activities, budget and other documents to support an HLF bid application of £750k. Organised a formal event to launch this to stakeholders and potential fundersManaged ongoing marketing for the project, including press releases, liaising with external partners and funders, and regularly reporting to trustees and project boardManaged day to day operations of the UK National Inventory of War Memorials, including the supervision of one full-time Database and Enquiries Assistant, 9 part-time office volunteers and 150 volunteer fieldworkers based around the UK.
