I started up and ran Judo programs all across Singapore in various locales such as country clubs, Mixed Martial Arts gyms and fitness centres.   Managing the high performance (elite-level sports) framework for Judo at the nationwide-level, I work alongside Singapore Judo Federation Board Members, SportSG and the Singapore National Olympic Committee to advance the participation, development and performance of judo national athletes in Singapore.Policy Formulation1. Formulated Training and Selection Policies, widening the participation of athletes at the national level in a fair, transparent and meritocratic way. 2. Authored the Judo Selection Policies for SEA Games 2017, Asian Games 2018, SEA Games 2019 and SEA Games 2021.3. Designed the Selection and Financing policy for youth athlete participation in Asian Youth/Cadet Judo competitions in 2019.Talent Identification1. Ran more than 20 Selection Trials for various competitions to identify talented judo athletes at the junior and senior levels.2.
