  Manage the Library's strategic public service planning efforts--culminating in the production of the 2011 New York State Strategic Plan of Service. Direct the Library's 2008-2009 Community Needs Assessment (CNA) Initiative; work with the library's CNA vendor, the Library's Board, Executive Leadership, staff, and community stakeholders to assure an inclusive, timely process and produce reliable data to inform the planning and delivery of the library's public service strategies.
