The students' educational backgrounds and life experiences were varied, so I included multiple teaching methods. Advisor to students from a variety of backgrounds and assisted them with goal management to stay on track for program completion dates. I was also the office manager, and worked with vendors and clients to help students graduate and find success in the field afterwards.

  It has been a joy and an unique challenge to bring Agile, which has been a predominantly tech-based model, to a business area. My role has been to coach individuals, Agile roles, and leaders about the fundamental goals and benefits of an Agile based model and create space for teams to adjust and improve best practices to fit their own needs. This has built a new development path for individuals interested in Agile or coaching roles, helped teams begin discussing work in new ways, and providing a common language and structure for business areas to engage with technology teams. I build scaffolded training plan and implementation plans, provide coaching sessions, build feedback pipelines for future adjustments, and help teams align to strategic priorities and execution efforts.
