      As the Founder and CEO of Elimika Wikiendi for an inspiring six-year journey, I had the privilege of leading a dynamic organization committed to transforming lives. We dedicated ourselves to running comprehensive education programs, innovative marketing services, and robust advocacy support, all geared towards empowering Tanzanian and East African youth on their entrepreneurial journeys. Our mission was to provide these young talents with valuable opportunities and guidance, helping them navigate the complexities of business and personal growth while making a positive impact on their communities.In addition to our youth-focused initiatives, Elimika Wikiendi also took a leadership role in driving environmental and health programs, leveraging a diverse pool of experts to create lasting change. Through collaborative efforts and a strong commitment to social and environmental responsibility, we worked tirelessly to address critical issues affecting our region. It was an incredible journey, and I am immensely proud of the impact we made during my tenure as CEO, leaving behind a legacy of empowerment, education, and positive change in Tanzania and East Africa.       Alumni - Ship for World Youth (SWY) Programme

      Every year, The Cabinet Office, Japanese Government, selects over 200 youth to join SWY programme. The Ship for World Youth (SWY) is a unique Leadership Programme facilitated by the Cabinet Office, Government of Japan. As a SWY participant, and Assistant National Leader for the Tanzanian Community (SWY 2018/2019), I had an opportunity to study and discuss shared issues from a global perspective, participated in a variety of activities with young people from 11 different countries to cultivate international and intercultural awareness and leadership. The programme started in Tokyo, Okinawa, Osaka and then Yokohama, with the majority of time spent onboard the ship (Pacific Ocean), and included an international port of call in Darwin, Brisbane, Palau, Solomon Island and then back to Tokyo.
