  - Worked at Goverment Arabic College Jebba, Kwara State.- Coached and tutored over 200 students in science classes; focused subjects were mathematics, physics, chemistry and computer science.- Revived the Jet club of the school and inspired students to participate in club activities through knowledge sharing.- Organized 3 environmental awareness sessions which focused on building the culture of housekeeping and taking responsibility.

  - Championed the deployment of online robotic tank inspection in SPDC- Co-ordinating the updating of corrosion management framework for all onshore & offshore SPDC Oil & Gas Facilities ( 1 FPSO, 2 Terminals, 12 Associated Gas (AGG) Plants ,8 Non Associated Gas(NAG) Plants and 20 Flow Stations) using reviewed inspection data from site to ascertain the status of corrosion threats and its corresponding barriers while ensuring technical integrity of facilities.- Providing technical assurance to support deviations for static equipment inspection activity.- Review UT inspection reports, coating surveys and provide assessment/guidance where required.- Co-facilitates Shell-Risk Based Inspection for pressure vessels & relief valves.- Participates in hardware barrier assessment of process safety critical equipment (pressure vessels, piping, Heat exchanger, tanks )- Driving the effective utilization of Integrity Management System (IMS) by corrosion coordinators and inspectors to optimize and increase productivity.- As my team’s digitalization FP and a member of Shell Nigeria Digitalization workgroup, I partnered with IDT team to facilitate MS Power BI/ Apps training for team members. This upskilling opportunity led to the deployment of improved huddle dashboard, provided insightful information using data while increasing productivity. So far, FEL Nigeria has developed links with other FEL groups in other parts of Shell globally – Kazakhstan, Egypt, South Africa, United Kingdom, and Australia, just to name a few.- Pioneered a strategic link between FEL Nigeria and All-On, a company set up to drive energy access to Nigeria’s population. Show less - Successfully carried out life extension assessment for 25 no. pipeline assets with clear remedial actions to support continued use of pipelines for crude export.- Delivered an up-to date Corrosion Management Framework for SPDC pipelines.- Developed Pipeline Routine Pigging note to file that captures all the challenges with respect to executing RP activity in Niger Delta with a clear recovery measures and recommendations to minimize production deferment.- Contributed and delivered SPDC Pipeline Annual Integrity Report which gives the summary of the integrity status of each pipeline to ensure continued safe delivery of crude for export.- Reviewed hydrocarbon pipeline/delivery line cathodic protection survey reports and advise corrective actions where required.- Provided technical assurance and participated in risk assessment sessions to support specific pipeline activity deviation.- Successfully carried out corrosion assessment of selected crude producing flowlines slated for repurposing as a produced water disposal line.- Led the failure investigation of 3 no. operational leaks based on site observations, supported by follow-up lab analysis, and applied structured root cause analysis and principles. Show less Joined Shell as a trainee materials and corrosion engineer; enrolled & completed the Shell Graduated Program (SGP), the Shell Advanced Training Program (SATP) and I’ve attended several F2F & virtual professional trainings in Nigeria, United Kingdom & Netherlands. While there, I worked and supported different teams across the company such as Discipline Materials & Corrosion, Projects, Shell Engineering Design Office and Corrosion & Inspection Team to provide Materials Corrosion & Inspection deliverables respectively.▪ Developed specific Corrosion Management Frameworks for SPDC Production facilities which enabled simplification of inspection to gain $400k per annum ($100K in increased productivity and IT cost saving of $300k) using the Integrity Management System (IMS) application.▪ Implemented (in collaboration with Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) ) Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) for critical static equipment for onshore and offshore facilities leading to over $80m savings from actual inspections and production retained from deferred shutdowns.▪ Achieved cost saving of over $1M from Inspection optimization and Humidur Maintenance Painting deployment. ▪ Co-facilitated the competence development of over 50 Inspector Staff, identified competence gaps and implemented a competence gap closure plan.▪ Performed corrosion assessment and material selection for projects in their define and execute phase.▪ Reviewed equipment inspection reports such as coating surveys, UT wall thickness inspection for piping/flowlines, CP surveys etc.▪ Performed fitness for service and remaining life assessment for static equipment (Piping, flowlines, pipelines & pressure vessels).▪ Participated and co-supervised the construction of a 20’’ x 44kM export gas pipeline project with close look at the Shield metal arc welding processes, thermit/cad welding of Cathodic Protection cables on the pipeline and the deployment of external field joint coating using 3LPP.
