  Brian was a member of CIGNA’s Financial Development Program, a rotational program designed for high-performing individuals slated to join CIGNA’s executive management team after 5-6 years of challenging, demanding assignments.Brian owned all areas of reporting and analysis for the P&L for the Disability line of business, including underwriting related balance sheet accounts. Brian also coordinated Business Partner review meetings to drive trend analysis and deeper dives across functional areas in support of divisional priorities and earnings targets.Brian was the finance area project coordinator on the Life Assistance Product project team. Brian's responsibilities included developing front-end premium receipts tracking system, premium and financial reporting systems enhancements, management and sales reports, and appropriate control mechanisms throughout the financial process.
