      I create robust partnerships to deliver a suite of attractive membership benefits and maximise opportunities to promote membership through partner promotional channels. Through these strong partnership I manage the promotional plan for new and existing member benefits utilising all available promotional channels.I enhance member interactions at key membership milestones to improve retention. By working with design and print agencies I create appealing and engaging membership materials and campaigns. Where possible I target key member segments.I create promotional plans to deliver membership growth targeting key demographics. One of the key initiatives I work on is evolving a commission scheme to encourage other organisations to promote RYA membership. Part of this initiative is creating the process and attractive materials to encourage uptake and membership conversion. A further part, is engaging with and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders who deliver the initiative on the RYA's behalf.
