Liaison between Fisher House Foundation and DOD Warrior Games in the Tampa Bay area hosted by SOCOM. Event coordinating for over 600 family members through the length of events. Warrior Games was created in 2010 as an introduction to the Paralympic sports for wounded, ill, and injured service members and veterans. It was hosted by U.S Olympic Committee between 2010-2014. Since 2015 each service (Marine, Army, Navy, and Air Force) have hosted the event at Quantico, West Point, Chicago, and at USAF Academy in Colorado Springs. This year SOCOM is hosting it in the Tampa Bay area! 400 athletes, over 600 families, 15 athletic events, 10 teams, 7 local venues, and 6 countries (U.S, Denmark, Canada, Netherlands, U.K, Australia) will be represented in 2019!       - Coordinates the assignment of AFW2 mentors to AFW2 “mentorees” in need ofpeer support and guidance—population includes Airman and Guardians who arein active case management to include Active Duty, Guard,Reserve, TDRL, andPDRL.- Collaborating with RCCs, NMCM, caregivers in support of Mentors and“Mentorees” within the AFW2Program.- Skilled at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships withleadership organizations across Department of Defense DoD.- Task oriented individual—mentor pairing doubled since joining the team;exceeded expectations with pairing mentors and mentee.- Quick learner and self-starter—navigated and mastered the E-invitations websitewith no training from peers.- Assess and gauge the needs and concerns of warriors in order to best pair mentorand mentee.- Collected data on feedback from the mentor and mentee on a quarterly basis.- Using Microsoft Excel, provided trend analysis on the program,recommendations for improvements, identify best practices, and assess thepairings to ensure the intent of the program is being met.- Able to use, search, annotate, and update (DoD) Case Managing System(CMS) database in managing all Recovering Airman Mentorship Program(RAMP) aspects with no training.- Updates DOD CMS after communicating with a Mentor or Mentee, accepting/ wait-listing applicants into RAMP Training, pairing Mentors and Mentees, and/ or uponapplicant completion of Mentor Training - Provide Care Management Teamsaccess to current Mentor Roster; marks Mentors available/not-available based onCare Management Team recommendations; updates DoD-CMS with relevantinformation and attachments of email communications.
