  Promoted to Leader Corps Director in 2020; direct, mentor, and guide the top 32 recipients of Senior Recognition as they transition from camper to leader (2 groups of 16 each month). Facilitate the leadership development of LCs (ages 15-17) as they learn to lead cabins, run activity periods, lifeguard, serve food, and more. Meet with each LC one-on-one each week to discuss their progress, strengths & weaknesses, opportunities for growth, and various challenges. Train, guide, and evaluate each of the 32 members of the Leader Corps to determine the 20 Leaders in Training for the following summer. Show less Promoted to Junior Division Head in 2018 (represent the top 1% of senior camper class). Responsible for own cabin (9-10 campers) in addition to the Junior division (~56 campers ages 11-13). Mentor both Leaders in Training (LITs) and cabin leaders throughout the summer. Along with Assistant Division Head, evaluate performance of leader corps members, LITs and fellow cabin leaders at the end of the summer, and oversee a team of 4 cabin leaders and 3 LITs.Served as the Besserer Division Head (~14 year old campers) and the Assistant Program Director in the 2019 Summer — 15th consecutive summer and 7th in the leadership.
