This was a hands-on project that I worked on the design, work with the integrators on the installation, did the programming and training of the new system to the operators.• Supported and maintained an active production facility: repair, and install of audio and video broadcast, IT equipment, including cameras, switchers, audio mixers, multi-viewers, intercom systems, monitors, LED walls, CATV systems, A/V routers and related supporting infrastructure. • Managed rebuilds of control rooms to ensure systems were easily managed and client friendly. • Coordinated technical support to outside broadcast facilities to ensure clients had support for critical, on-air production systems.• Adhered to standard ITSM processes to minimize impact and deliver value to customers.
