      Senior Designer within the ILM Art Department where I designed and managed marketing projects for various Lucas companies including ILM, ILMCP and Skywalker Sound. I was Lead Designer on many internal and external projects such as motion graphics, identity design, print collateral, advertising, web design, exhibition design, and clothing apparel. Achievements:- Art directed and animated brand idents for various commercials, such as McDonalds, Gatorade Energy Bars and Alcatel. I learned AfterEffects at a rapid pace to deliver post-ready animations.- Created & directed ILM’s brand presence at the 2000 Siggraph conference consisting of booth design, advertising, t-shirt swag and party invitation.- Collaborated with the design team to create the rebranding of Skywalker Sound. - Worked on concepting UX screens for an early VR experience.       Leading the global Brand Design team, I direct the creation and stewardship of the Rocket Lawyer brand identity and lead strategic omni-channel marketing campaigns for product growth. I own cross-functional collaboration with product and marketing partners to set creative direction, establish goals, and strategize campaigns within various budget sizes. I partner with UX leadership to streamline internal design workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration among product designers, product managers, copywriters and engineering. I also prioritize mentorship and development for my design team to help them excel and grow their careers.Achievements:- Led the creation and launch of a new annual membership that has delivered up to a 4x conversion rate with minimal marketing. Work included a new pricing page, landing page pricing component template and design patterns for paywall and other UX experiences.- Developed a unifying campaign strategy that connects all our new brand, product and partnership initiatives with our legacy campaigns, allowing us to build on our USP with one vision.- Initiated the creation of marketing design systems and templates for our lifecycle marketing and employee benefits sales team to build consistent and scaleable marketing collateral, fast. -Collaborate with product leaders to strategize and document design team process, brand guidance and methodology. New welcome email saw a 193 bps uplift in trial conversions and $1.4Mil in incremental annualized revenue alone.- Working with agencies and Marketing Leadership to art direct integrated TV ad campaigns that included streaming channels, GDN, social media, email, web landing pages, and more, resulting in a 15% growth in direct traffic, a 4.8% increase in trial conversions, and a 35% increase in organic branded searches.- Led the creation process of a new brand architecture system, including brand guidelines and Figma design system integration; the new design system influenced the scalability of our products, and helped to articulate our mission, providing consistency and cohesion across the company.- Managed the design process of landing page designs for core products, promotions, experiments, and branded assets for our mobile app product development process within a CMS migration. - Collaborated with executive leadership to create pitch decks that led to a $223,000,000 funding round.
