  • Streamlined synchronization between WebRTC technology and our system, facilitating seamless onboarding of agents onto the Ozonetel portal and our platform.• Implemented the agents on-boarding completely in an asynchronous manner with the help of cron jobs and RabbitMQ by introducing multiple fallback which reduced chances of error to almost 90%• Developed and Implemented file uploader application handling CSV, Excel files, extracting data and storing it in models, and seamlessly uploading files to an S3 bucket which almost reduced 60% of ops time• Worked on a use case where we had to back-fill almost 4 crore entries spanning around one year , employed Cron jobs, Celery, and RabbitMQ to efficiently back-fill the data.• Integrated lead management system with CRM, enhancing lead processing efficiency , and also made sure PII was not exposed by completely eradicating authentication token from being exposed Show less
