    • INCON Industrial Consultants Ltd.

      Feb 2008 - Oct 2008
      Project / Steel Factory Manager

Consulted and managed construction and manufacturing projects, from small and large renovations of private homes, to construction of public buildings. I was a member of a consultant team that complete turnkey projects for large industrial facilities and on site management of factories and construction projects. While working for iNCON Industrial Consultants I managed a project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia where I consulted for a start up steel factory owned by Tecnia GmbH. As Steel Factory manager, I managed the start up production phase, instilled new efficient procedures and protocols for work to be done, as well as over saw quality of materials produced and managed all 30+ workers at the factory. The project consisted of a six month consulting term in Saudi Arabia where I over saw all function of the overall factory production, the installation of new equipment as well as set up the infrastructure for the marketing and sale teams for the future of the company. During my term one of my successes was acquiring a single contract worth over six million dollars of production for an eighteen month period for the facility, enabling the plant to maintain and increase production during that timeline.
