  During this tenure, I proficiently designed and programmed robots as per the requirements and ensured a timely deployment to exceed company expectations. Directed and managed the development of novel algorithms and technology platforms broadly applied to a variety of advanced robotic applications. Manufactured robots using Laser cutter, CNC, and mechanical tools in addition to assembling, PCBs, and QA checks. Rendered technical support to robot operators, engineers and technical workers through system troubleshooting and diagnostics. Executed audits to identify discrepancies and devised quotations for suitable contracts. Organized workshops and contests to promote student and professional engagement as well as improve awareness across the community.Two of my notable contributions: ➣ Led the design and development of stem robotic kits for school children.➣ Oversaw a session on "design for manufacturing and laser cutting " in Autodesk Fusion 360 Academy held at Bengaluru.   In this role, I held full responsibility for designing/selecting robotic systems, run simulation, implementation, commissioning, and programming. Spearheaded end-to-end design functions of industrial robots using Fusion360 while assembling the robots in line with set standards. Devised machine drawings for manufacturing, apply design verification, create wire harness CAD models, and work on ROS.My accomplishment in this role: ➣ Collaborated with a qualified team to design the UV disinfection robot; designed the parts of the robot and prepared design for manufacturing as well as successfully performed design verification. Robot won hack the crisis 2020 India hackathon - now used in hospitals in Bengaluru and sold in ANSCER Robotics. Show less

  Mechatronics Engineer

  Currently working in Noa, developing and testing the products, designing using Fusion 360, production using 3d printing, laser cutting and mechanical tools. Developed a 3d printing unit of six 3D printers that can do multiple prints one after another automatically. Designed, developed machines for making pure, boiled, chilled and sparkling water. Designed the products in Fusion 360, manufactured prototypes using laser cutting, SLA, PLA 3D printing and using mechanical workshop tools, devised test procedures and strategies, created an automatic electromechanical testing system using c programming in ESP32 and tested the products.
