  Led a mixed civilian and military team of 23 personnel. Responsible for analysis, design, development and assurance of for all Royal Artillery Regular and Reserve individual training, (training audience of 10000+ and 190 courses). Conducted Quality Assurance of all external and internally produced DSAT products including Contractor delivered TNAs, to ensure all requirements complied with MOD Training Management Systems - JSP 822 and met internal quality standards.Advised Working Groups and commanders at all levels on the TNA process; highlighting any associated risks with the training development that may emerge.Key AchievementsDynamically responded to a period of unprecedented change in doctrine and equipment within the Royal Artillery. Within a 2.5 year period ensured coherent training solutions were driven through for; 15 Urgent Operational Requirements, 10 changes to core capabilities and significant doctrinal rewrites.Developed and managed a robust risk management system for training. Aligned Reserve and Regular training to ensure all RA soldiers/officers are trained to a unified standard. Created an online repository for all training development material, ensuring a standardisation of delivery across the Field Army and the Royal School of Artillery. Identified risks in training through the creation of a thorough Early Training Analysis process, enhancing that found in JSP 822. Led on continuous improvements to business processes, with the resultant RA TDT’s training design and development templates upheld as best practice across Defence. Show less

Leading on business development, SAT, qualifications and PwC’s QUADS software Leading PwC’s Advanced Systems Approach to Training services across the Middle East. Working with UAE Defence and Security, and in Saudi with NEOM and Ministry of Tourism. Leading the development of national qualifications, RfPs for projects of $5m to $15m, development of software, and quality standards in education.
