  I served as design and marketing director for all development projects in OR and WA as a key member of the development team. I devised and managed project marketing budgets and created FF&E budgets for interior / exterior common areas exceeding several million dollars. In this role, I collaborated regularly with architects, interior designers, graphic designers, general contractors and field trades to ensure each project was a success. I oversaw property operations of 2,400 units, representing 45% of the region’s total revenue. While here, I delivered 6% YOY growth and supported the Regional VP with new asset acquisition and proposal preparation. I recruited, trained and supervised 100+ staff members and mentored 20+ people who were ultimately promoted to management positions.

  I planned, launched and managed a Lake Oswego, OR-based consignment store specializing in women’s clothing and vintage items. In this role, I oversaw virtually all operational aspects of the business, including purchasing, merchandising, sales & marketing, client relations, community relations and accounting.After growing the business from zero to $100K within one year, I was invited to take on a key leadership role within Holland Partner Group.

  Director of Interior Design

  I was recruited to lead interior design initiatives for all of Holland’s new, multi-family development projects (52 to date, several more in progress). Specifically, I create unique, sustainable community environments that are standouts in the competitive marketplace -- working in close partnership with project teams across six regions. I oversee each property's interior design development from schematic design to completion, with FF&E budget accountability ranging from $300K to $1M per project.
