  Primary responsibility was to work with a team of cross-functional engineers in Diebold's 'Systems and Module Development' group to redesign a current line of Diebold Inc. products.Achieved cost reduction goals by taking large sheet metal assemblies and redesigning them in plastic, eliminating fasteners and costly secondary operations during fabrication.Achieved a team goal of 50+ patents.Worked with large Pro/E assemblies that included more than 3000 components.Performed RDT (Reliability/Dependability Tests) and HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Tests) on a number of plastic components and assemblies.
