Eliminated Plant stoppage due to communication network from 60 no in 2015 to zero in 2016 and sustained.Achieved plant productivity VL8 4177 TPD of kiln. Now working for sustainance. # Completed a Green Field Project of 3400TPD Clinkerisation at Umranghso Assam.# Completed Cement mill-2nd line of 2x130TPH Grinding Unit at Lanka-Assam.# Lead commissioning of cross functional team of 25 executives and completed in record time of 45 Days
