  Student intern on the packaging team in manufacturing. I was involved in many different projects across the department, attended MDI meetings which resulted in getting great exposure to packaging daily metrics. My role involved working on various projects including the preparation of the packaging side of the weekly team meeting presentations. This role also involved working within cross functional teams to track the progress of different activities weekly including training metrics and deviation tracking. I also worked as part of a team on a QR code development project which helped improve time efficiency for packaging operations. From the projects I undertook, I have gained knowledge on various manufacturing operations and systems including track wise, spotfire, CDOCS and KPI software. This provided me with invaluable experience in manufacturing operations, learning from talented individuals and the opportunity to expand my network. I have also gained remote working experience from this placement. Show less
