  • I analyzed the various fabrication processes involved in IC fabrication on 8 – inch Silicon wafer. • Developed a clear understanding of working methods in Diffusion, Photolithography, Ion implantation, Thin Film, CMP and Yield divisions of Fab and learnt the theoretical aspects behind all the methods. • Performed the CV Characterization test on MOS Capacitor to check the contamination present in the oxidation furnaces using CV – Plotter tool, in the diffusion section.
