  I have had a very broad range of experiences over my career. These experiences have covered reporting and analysis in healthcare, professional services and financial environments. For the past nine years, I have provided relevant and actionable reporting solutions to INTEGRIS Health for a variety of activities. I have built a strong reporting and analytics team that supports the population health initiatives, clinical quality improvement activities, accountable care organizational reporting and annual regulatory reporting to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. INTEGRIS participates in advanced payment models, shared savings programs with multiple insurers and in their own regional accountable care organization that supporting Medicare patients across Oklahoma and southern Kansas. Reporting and data requirements for these programs is provided by myself and my team. I collaborate with stakeholders across the system to develop and implement meaningful reporting tools to provide relevant information used to measure improvements, identify opportunities and to help improve the healthcare delivered to the patients. I have participated in initiatives with all levels of leadership and am able to provide clear explanations of reporting designs and methodologies. Show less
