He has been providing assurance services to IPO clients, listed companies and MNC clients based in mainland China and Hong Kong over the past decade. These clients operate in industries such as manufacturing, automobile, game, retail sales, construction, hotel hospitality, property development, financial services and media services.Steve has also been involved in various transaction support assignments including financial due diligence in acquisitions of companies and internal control reviews.Steve has extensive experience in International Financial Reporting Standards, Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards, China Accounting Standards, US GAAP as well as listing rules and requirements in China, Hong Kong and the US.He is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong (HKICPA), a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
